Yesterday, while at my typical Thursday MUSC OT/PT sessions, I completed a goal for both the real world bucket list of things I had yet to learn before my accident AND post acquiring my TBI. While this goal never really seemed significant before my TBI it hit my bucketlist upon realizing that I am now a 26 (almost 27) year old “man” who had to wear a tie to a family friend’s wedding this Monday who had to ask his dad to put his tie on for him. Not to get too emo on you all, but I can only hope to tie myself my own tie on my own wedding day one day…
